Feature
The 30 Degrees Inclined Rail Machine adopt 30 degree or 45 degree inclined layout and one-piece hollow tube bed, which greatly improve the bending rigidity and torsional rigidity of the machine when working. Secondly, we have undergone aging treatment twice at the same time, which improves the stability, high rigidity and stability of the machine and ensures the high precision of the whole machine. More critically, our X-axis and Z-axis are controlled by a semi-closed-loop CNC lathe through a directly connected servo system. Finally, both of our axes are linear guides. The structure and size of the axes are compact and reasonable. The spindle is gear driven and driven by inverter motor through belt, which can clamp various plates, shafts and parts at one time. It can finish turning, grooving, internal (external) hole, spherical surface, R taper angle, arc, taper, face, external thread single head, thread single head and multi-head thread.
